Prices
Prices per day, standard rate is calculated for 2 people, an additional person costs 15 euros per day + local tax for people older than 18 years old. Children under 18 local taxes free.
In the event of a cancellation, we generally try to find a mutually satisfactory solution.
You will receive your deposit for your next stay credited or, at your express request, we will transfer the deposit back to you.
Otherwise the following apply:
– up to 1 month before arrival – free of charge.
– 15 to 30 days in advance – 50%
– 8 to 14 days in advance – 60%
– 1 to 7 days in advance – 90%
Late arrival or early departure will be charged in full.

Breakfast: € 18.- per person.
Prices include electricity, water, heating. Tourist tax € 1.45 per person per night. Children under 18 years of age are exempt from tourist tax.
Final cleaning costs 40 €.
Your apartment is ready for occupancy by around 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.
Please inform us in good time (30 days in advance) in writing or by email if you have to cancel your vacation with us. To fix the booking we ask you for a deposit of 30%.
Short break surcharge: Less than 3 nights – 10% surcharge.
To be paid on site: tourist tax and final cleaning.
Sauna: on request.
